NATHAN
A. PHILLIPS, CPA
MANAGING PRINCIPAL
Nathan joined the firm in 1992 and, since 2002, has
managed the firm's operations. He oversees the performance
and quality of the firm's financial statement review and
audit services. He also reviews corporate tax accruals and tax returns relating
to the clients he serves. Nathan's attention to quality, timeliness, and efficient
performance are traits that, as a leader in the firm, he both exhibits and teaches
to others.
Nathan's experience is strong and diverse—he has mastered a varied
list of services across multiple industries. His past experience includes work
with Price Waterhouse and other public CPA firms performing accounting, consulting,
and auditing services for public and private sector clients. The industries in

he has been involved with litigation support encompassing divorce, professional
liability, and business interruption claims. Nathan is a frequent speaker
providing seminars to the firm's clients and to the community on a variety of

native of Miami Springs, Florida, Nathan received his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business
Management at Palm Beach Atlantic University. He received his CPA certification in
Florida in 1987.
Community Involvement
Nathan is a member
of the YMCA of Collier County board of directors and chairs the Finance Committee.
He has been named the 2005 YMCA volunteer of the year. Over the years, he has served several other civic and membership organizations
in Collier County including the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce and Habitat
for Humanity. He participates on various church committees and is an active member
and elder at First Baptist Church of Naples.
Nathan serves as chair of Blue Ribbon Committee, a community committee established to validate the financial analysis used in a decision to place a tax referendum on the November 2008 ballot.

professional memberships include AICPA (American Institute of CPAs), FICPA (Florida
Institute of CPAs), (HFTP) Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals
and Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA). Hobbies In
his spare time, Nathan enjoys spending time with his wife and their two sons.

DEBORAH
L. HARVEY, CPA
PRINCIPAL
Debbie joined the firm as a CPA in 1996
and became a principal of the firm in 2001. Her responsibilities include the preparation
of financial statements and individual, corporate, and partnership tax
returns. Debbie provides to small businesses and
personal service corporations advice and the benefit of her extensive experience
handling day-to-day and long-term accounting matters. Construction,
retail, and manufacturing
companies are some of the industries with which Debbie is most involved.
Education Originally
from Salem, Illinois, she is a graduate of the University of South Florida. Debbie
earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, cum laude, in 1993 and passed Florida's
uniform CPA examination in 1995. Community Involvement Debbie
is active in the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce, Bonita Springs Chamber of
Commerce, The Foster Care Council of Southwest Florida, Inc., and the Bonita Springs
YMCA. She is also an active member of the Anchor Christian Church in Bonita Springs.
Professional Associations Her professional memberships
include the AICPA and the FICPA. Hobbies An avid collector
of Longaberger baskets, she takes no offense to the term "basket case."
In her spare time, Debbie also enjoys reading and spending time with her husband
and her dog, a boxer.
JENIFER BROWN
STAFF AUDITOR/BUSINESS CONSULTANT
Jenifer joined the firm in 2007 as a staff auditor and business consultant. She joins the firm with four years of previous experience in business accounting and auditing; as an accounting intern for Naples Botanical Garden, staff accountant/auditor for a local CPA firm, and senior staff accountant. She is familiar with the day to day operations of corporations as well as the preparation of Federal and State tax returns.
Education
Originally from Naples, FL, Jenifer graduated from Webber International University in Lake Wales, FL, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. She is currently working to finish her 5th year requirements at Florida Gulf Coast University and plans to take the CPA exam as soon as possible.
Community Involvement
Jenifer is currently coaching a U-12 girls’ team with the Naples Youth Soccer Club. She has also coached for the Naples Optimist Program in past seasons. She played soccer for Webber International University from 2002 to 2004 where she also acted as the head coach for Lake Wales High School junior varsity girls’ soccer team.
Hobbies
Jenifer enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing soccer, riding horses, spending time at the beach and traveling.
KIRSTEN DEWITT
STAFF AUDITOR
Kirsten joined the firm in 2008 as a staff auditor, and is responsible for certain aspects of the audit engagement and preparation of various tax returns. She joins the firm with experience in the accounting department at Community Bank of Naples. She is familiar with day-to-day accounting functions and accounting software.
Education
A graduate from Tri-State University in Angola, IN, Kirsten has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. She is planning on completing her fifth year requirement at Florida Gulf Coast University to complete her eligibility to sit for the CPA exam.
Community Involvement
Kirsten is a member of First Baptist Church of Naples. While at Tri-State University, she was a member of the Delta Mu Delta Business Honor Society, student ambassador, treasurer and scholarship chair person of the Zeta Theta Epsilon Sorority, and secretary of the Financial Management Association.
Hobbies
Kirsten enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, a boxer named Belle and Pomeranian named Tank.
STEPHANIE
FELDMAN
CPA
Stephanie joined the
firm as a staff accountant in 2004 with previous
experience in business and accounting. As an intern for a large
local accounting firm, office manager for a local lending group,
and a customer satisfaction specialist for a bank, her business
background provides a great basis with which to begin her public
accounting career. Her responsibilities with WBWP include fiduciary
accounting, and preparation of individual, estate,
trust, and corporate tax returns.
Stephanie feels it is important to continually expand her experience
and knowledge-base so that she can ultimately offer clients
the most current and applicable information. Aimed at giving
her clients 100%, she is dedicated to hard work, persistence,
and constant improvement to ensure she helps her clients reach their goals.
Education
A native of Naples, Stephanie graduated
from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor of Science
in Accounting. She received a Master's degree in Accounting and Taxation from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2005 and received her CPA license from the state of Florida in 2007.
Community Involvement
Stephanie has served in several board positions for the Longshore Lake's Women's Club. She is also actice in her church and participates with other charitable organizations through Young Professionals.

Hobbies
Stephanie spends her spare time with family and friends. She enjoys running, playing tennis, reading, and shopping.
ASHLEY HIERS
STAFF AUDITOR
Ashley joined the firm in 2007 as an intern in the audit department. She has worked start to finish on several of the audits and has become familiar with the day to day operations of many entities.
Education
Originally from Florida, Ashley graduated from Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL, with a Bachelor of Science, Magna Cum Laude. She is currently attending classes at Florida Gulf Coast University to complete her Master's degree in Accounting and plans to take the CPA exam.
Community Involvement
Ashley is a member of First Baptist Church of Naples and enjoys making time to help out with the youth group. While completing her studies at Southeastern, she volunteered for Habitat for Humanity and was a member of Sigma Beta Delta.
Hobbies
Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is an avid sports fan, especially of college football.
MICHELLE VASTOLA
ACCOUNTANT
Michelle joined the firm as a staff accountant in 2007 after completion of her Masters Degree in Accounting and Taxation. Her responsibilities with WBWP include corporate accounting, and preparation of individual, and corporate tax returns.
Michelle attributes her success thus far to two things—one is having such a close and supportive family, and because of that, number two is her horses. She feels that horse ownership has truly taught her about patience, hard work and perseverance. These are traits that Michelle uses while studying for the CPA exam or working on client matters.
Education
Originally from New York, Michelle graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University, with a Bachelors in Accounting, Magna Cum Laude, and completed her Masters degree in Accounting and Taxation in 2007. She is currently preparing to sit for the CPA exam.
Community Involvement
Michelle, an avid horseback rider, is the treasurer of the Southwest Florida Dressage Association. She is affiliated with the Florida Gulf Coast University chapters of Phi Eta Sigma, National Honor Society, Golden Key International Honor Society and Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society in Business, Management and Administration.
Hobbies
Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and friends and competing in dressage with her horse Spiderman.
WILLIAM F. WERNERSBACK, CPA, CFE
DIRECTOR – CLUB SERVICES
Bill joined the firm in 2005. As a member of the firm’s audit team he is responsible for coordination of audit planning and closing meetings with the firm’s club and community association clients. Bill has over 35 years experience serving club and community association clients.
Bill originally joined the New York office of Pannel Kerr Forster, a national CPA firm, and later transferred to Florida where he became a leader in the club and hospitality division, a member of the firm’s national council and Partner in Charge of the Florida practice consisting of six offices.
In 1988 Bill and the club group joined McGladery & Pullen, LLP, the sixth largest CPA and consulting firm in the United States. He was in charge of the club practice serving as national director of club services. He also served as the managing partner of the South Florida practice.
In addition to having been involved in over 200 individual club audits, Bill has performed numerous consulting services. These services include executive searches, turnover assistance, operational and internal control reviews, long range planning, and financial benchmarking. Bill is uniquely qualified as a Certified Fraud Examiner with industry experience to outline effective fraud prevention controls.
Education
Bill is a graduate of St Francis College, Brooklyn New York.
Professional Associations
Bill is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner. He is an honorary member of the Florida Club Managers Association and the immediate past president of the Florida Gulf Coast Chapter of the Hospitality Financial & Technology Professionals. In February 2003, Bill was named “Financial Consultant of the Year” by Boardroom Magazine, a national publication to the club industry.

Bill is a frequent speaker at hospitality industry national conventions including the Club Managers Association of America, where he has been a featured speaker at the World Conference more than 23 times.
Bill has authored several industry articles and seminars including: “35 Great Ideas for Running Your Club,” “Best of the Best Ideas,” “Understanding Club Finances and Tax Issues,” “Controlling Payroll Costs,” “How to Prevent Employee Theft,” “Club Turnovers” and “Bundled Communities.”
CONARD
R. WRIGHTSMAN, JR.
SENIOR AUDITOR/BUSINESS CONSULTANT
Conard is a senior auditor with WBWP since 2004. His main areas
of concentration are audits of small- to mid-sized businesses,
not-for-profit organizations, ESOP plans, 401K plans, and providing
general business consulting. He is also experienced in tax return
preparation for individuals and businesses.
He has a history of providing significant cost savings for clients
through his business consulting. Conard has saved clients tens
of thousands of dollarsand saved one client over $100,000by
reviewing and revising construction and health insurance contracts.
He has assisted clients with time reduction initiatives
(15-18%) through the streamlining of accounting processes and
other operational areas such as manufacturing and purchasing
processes, thus reducing product costs substantially (25%) and
increasing production (by 80%).
Conard has always enjoyed the financial and business world.
He was inspired by his father who was a banker and entrepreneur.
He believes in the value of a good, solid education and hard
work: an ethic instilled in him by his parents. He feels it
is his responsibility to consistently aim to exceed clients
expectations and to seek the best solutions suited specifically
to each client.
His previous positions include working with another CPA firm
and serving as assistant vice president of a bank where he dealt
mainly with securitizations and commercial lending and service.

Conard earned his MBA and his Bachelor of Science
in Accountancy from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.
Community Involvement
Conard volunteers with
the Education Foundation of Collier County, as well as with
various special needs organizations including Special Olympics and youth organizations. Conard is an active member of First Baptist Church of Naples.

Conard enjoys spending time with his
wife and daughter as well as running and water sports.
