 NATHAN
A. PHILLIPS, CPA
MANAGING PRINCIPAL
Nathan joined the firm in 1992 and, since 2002, has managed the firm's operations.
Nathan oversees the performance and quality of the firm's financial statement review and audit services. He also reviews corporate
tax accruals and tax returns relating to the clients he serves. Nathan's attention
to quality, timeliness, and efficient performance are traits that, as a leader in
the firm, he both exhibits and teaches to others.
Nathan's experience is strong and diverse—he has mastered a varied list of
services across multiple industries. His past experience includes work with Price
Waterhouse and other public CPA firms performing accounting, consulting, and auditing
services for public and private sector clients. The industries in which Nathan focuses

In addition, he has been involved with litigation support encompassing divorce,
professional liability, and business interruption claims.
Speaking Engagements
CLUB EXECUTIVE SEMINAR-In October 2010, Phillips Harvey Group,
along with the Association for Accountants and Financial Professionals in Business,
Spanish Wells Golf and Country Club, VERITAS Employer Service, and Club Consultants
sponsored a Club Executive Seminar at Spanish Wells Golf & Country Club.
Nathan is a frequent speaker providing seminars to the firm's clients and to the
community on a variety of topics pertaining to accounting and auditing.
Education
A native of Miami Springs, Florida, Nathan received his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting
and Business Management at Palm Beach Atlantic University. He received his CPA certification
in Florida in 1987.
Community Involvement
Nathan is currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Florida Gulf Coast
Chapter of the Hospitality Financial & Technology Professionals. He is a previous
member of the YMCA of Collier County Board of Directors and the Finance Committee.
He has served several other civic and membership organizations in Collier County
including the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce and Habitat for Humanity. He participates
on various church committees and is an elder at First Baptist Church of Naples.

Nathan's professional memberships include AICPA (American Institue of CPA's) FICPA
(Florida Institute of CPA's), HFTP (Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals).
Hobbies
In his spare time, Nathan enjoys spending time with his wife and their two sons.
Nathan also enjoys reading, singing, teaching, and playing golf and tennis.
 DEBORAH
L. HARVEY, CPA
PRINCIPAL
Debbie joined the firm as a CPA in 1996 and became a principal of the firm in 2001.
Her responsibilities include the preparation of financial statements and tax returns
for individual, corporate, partnership as well as estate and trust clients. Debbie
provides to small businesses and personal service corporations
advice and the benefit of her extensive experience handling day-to-day and long-term
accounting matters. Construction,
retail, and manufacturing companies are some
of the industries with which Debbie is most involved.
Education
Originally from Salem, Illinois, she is a graduate of the University of South Florida.
Debbie earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, cum laude, in 1993 and passed
Florida's uniform CPA examination in 1995.
Community Involvement
Debbie is active in the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce, Bonita Springs Chamber
of Commerce, and The Foster Care Council of Southwest Florida, Inc. She serves on
the board of The Foster Care Council of Southwest Florida, Inc. and the Southwest
Florida affiliate of Susan G. Koman Race for the Cure. She also served as a board
member for the Bonita Springs YMCA and is an active member of the Anchor Christian
Church in Bonita Springs.

Her professional memberships include the AICPA and the FICPA. She is a graduate
of the Partner Institute, a three year program focusing on excellence in leadership,
marketing, and firm profitability.
Hobbies
An avid collector of Longaberger baskets, she takes no offense to the term "basket
case." In her spare time, Debbie also enjoys reading and spending time with
her husband and her dog, a boxer.
 JENIFER BROWN
STAFF AUDITOR/BUSINESS CONSULTANT
Jenifer joined the firm in 2007 as a staff auditor and business consultant. She
joins the firm with four years of previous experience in business accounting and
auditing; as an accounting intern for Naples Botanical Garden, staff accountant/auditor
for a local CPA firm, and senior staff accountant. She is familiar with the day
to day operations of corporations as well as the preparation of Federal and State
tax returns.
Education
Originally from Naples, FL, Jenifer graduated from Webber International University
in Lake Wales, FL, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a
major in Accounting. She has recently completed her 5th year requirements at Stetson
University and plans to take her CPA exam as soon as possible.
Community Involvement
Jenifer enjoys coaching and playing soccer. She played for Webber International
University from 2002 to 2004 and currently plays in a local adult league. Jenifer
has coached for the Naples Youth Soccer Club and the Naples Optimist Program in
past seasons.
Hobbies
Jenifer enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing soccer, riding
horses, spending time at the beach and traveling.
 STEPHANIE FELDMAN
CPA
Stephanie joined the firm as a staff accountant in 2004 and became a FL licensed
CPA in 2007. Her responsibilities with Phillips Harvey Group include fiduciary accounting,
preparation of individual, estate, trust, and corporate
tax returns, natural resources management and taxation, as
well as controllerships and general business guidance
Stephanie feels it is important to continually expand her experience and knowledge-base
so that she can ultimately offer clients the most current and applicable information.
Aimed at giving her clients 100%, she is dedicated to hard work, persistence, and
constant improvement to ensure she helps her clients reach their goals.
Education
A native of Naples, Stephanie graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with
a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She received a Master's degree in Accounting
and Taxation from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2005 and received her CPA license
from the state of Florida in 2007.
Community Involvement
Stephanie currently serves on the board for the Foundation For Developmentally Disabled.
She and her husband Jeff became licensed foster parents in 2009, and have opened
their home to several children in need in our community. They feel that it is important
to keep giving back and to reach some of our youngest community members. Stephanie
is very active in her church and with other organizations through Young Professionals
of Naples. She has also served in several board positions with the Longshore Lake
Women's Club.

Stephanie is a member of the AICPA, FICPA, and Young Professionals of Naples. She
is also a GAIN Alumnus (A leadership Collier Program).
Hobbies
Stephanie spends her spare time with family and friends. She enjoys running, playing
tennis, reading, and shopping.
 Clara Guevara
CPA
Clara joined the firm in 2011 as a staff auditor and business consultant. Clara
has over five years of accounting experience as a bookkeeper and an accounts receivable
specialist with two local companies. She is familiar with the day to day business
operations and is excited to apply her business experience while starting her career
in public accounting.
Education
Originally from Colombia, Clara has lived in Naples since 2002. She graduated from
Florida Gulf Coast University, with a Bachelors in Accounting, Cum Laude, and completed
her Masters degree in Accounting and Taxation in 2010. She passed Florida's uniform
CPA examination to hold CPA license in 2010 and is completing her one year work
requirement to obtain her certification. She is fluent in Spanish and English.

Hobbies
In her spare time, Clara enjoys spending time with family and friends, running and
reading.
SHANNON HUBER, CPA
AUDITOR/BUSINESS CONSULTANT
Shannon joins the firm with six years experience as an Audit Manager for Price Waterhouse
and fourteen years experience serving in senior accounting management roles. Most
recently, she served as Director of Finance for the Naples Daily News from 2002
through 2008. Her diverse business background provides a strong resource for assisting
clients with day-to-day accounting issues as well as more complex, technical concerns.
Although Shannon grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio, she is a native Floridian. She is
a graduate from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Business Administration
in Accounting. She graduated Summa Cum Laude and passed the Certified Public Accountant
exam for the state of Ohio in 1991. Shannon currently holds her CPA license in the
State of Florida.
Shannon has been a member of the Finance Committee for the YMCA of the Palms since
2003 and is currently serving as Treasurer for the St. Ann Athletic Booster Club.
She is also a past member of The Rotary Club of Naples.
In her spare time, Shannon enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. When
she is not playing the role of a "soccer mom" for her sons, Shannon enjoys jogging,
reading, and traveling.
 LARRY MARTIN, CPA, ABV
AUDITOR/BUSINESS CONSULTANT
Larry joined the firm in 2009 as a staff auditor and business consultant. He joins
our firm with three years of previous experience in auditing and business consulting;
as a staff auditor for a "Big Four" accounting firm and as a valuation analyst for
a regional accounting firm.
Education
Originally from Southern Illinois, Larry has lived in Naples since 1990. He is a
graduate of the University of Florida, with a Bachelor's and Master's of Science
in Accounting. Larry received his CPA certification in Florida and Vermont and is
Accredited in Business Valuation through the AICPA.

Larry's professional memberships include the AICPA and the FICPA.
Hobbies
In his spare time, Larry enjoys reading, running, and attending college football
games.
 MICHELLE VASTOLA
CPA
Michelle joined the firm as a staff accountant in 2007 after completion of her Masters
Degree in Accounting and Taxation. Her responsibilities with Phillips Harvey Group
include corporate accounting, and preparation of individual, and corporate tax returns.
Michelle attributes her success thus far to two things—one is having such
a close and supportive family, and because of that, number two is her horses. She
feels that horse ownership has truly taught her about patience, hard work and perseverance,
traits that Michelle uses while working on client matters.
Education
Originally from New York, Michelle graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University,
with a Bachelors in Accounting, Magna Cum Laude, and completed her Masters degree
in Accounting and Taxation in 2007. She passed Florida's uniform CPA examination
to hold CPA license in 2009.
Community Involvement
Michelle, an avid horseback rider and is the treasurer of the Southwest Florida
Dressage Association. She is affiliated with the Florida Gulf Coast University chapters
of Phi Eta Sigma, National Honor Society, Golden Key International Honor Society
and Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society in Business, Management and Administration.

Hobbies
Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and friends and competing in dressage
with her horse Spiderman.
